Galvanized steel

Galvanized steel is a special processing of ordinary carbon building steel, its surface covered with a layer of zinc. There are two main processing methods: electric galvanizing and hot dip galvanizing. The main purpose of galvanizing is to prevent steel corrosion and rust, so as to effectively extend the service life of steel.

In the construction field, galvanized steel is widely used. For example, it is often used as a building external wall material, such as glass curtain wall, marble curtain wall, aluminum curtain wall and other columns and stress materials. In these applications, galvanized steel not only provides good support and load bearing capacity, but is also favored for its anti-corrosion properties.

In addition, galvanized steel also plays a role in other open-air buildings, such as outdoor telecommunications towers, highways and so on. In these environments, steel is susceptible to corrosion and rust due to prolonged exposure to the external environment. The galvanized steel can effectively resist these adverse factors to ensure the stability and safety of the structure.

In general, galvanized steel is a specially processed steel with excellent anti-corrosion properties and extended service life. It is widely used in buildings and other open-air buildings, providing reliable support and protection for various structures.
