Foundation construction method of railway fence net

Railway fence net is a kind of isolation protection facilities specially designed for both sides of the railway, its main role is to isolate and protect the railway line, to ensure the safety of train operation. This guardrail product plays a vital role in railway construction, it not only needs to have durability and aesthetics, but also needs to provide a wide view, while having excellent isolation performance. The types of railway fence net mainly include flat iron fence, Angle steel fence and rectangular tube fence. Although these fence nets have been widely used in railway construction, many people still do not understand the specific construction methods of railway fence nets. Below, we will briefly introduce the basic construction steps of railway fence network.

First of all, the foundation of the railway fence network is usually cast in situ. The excavation of foundation pit mainly relies on manual excavation. For the rock parts that cannot be excavated manually, shallow holes can be drilled with pickaxes or wind guns and supplemented by weak blasting. When excavating the upper earth pit wall, it is necessary to slope to maintain stability, while the lower rock pit wall should be kept vertical.

Secondly, the slope slope of the foundation pit excavation should be determined according to the geological conditions, and the size of the foundation pit must meet the design requirements. Before installing the concrete foundation, the size of the foundation pit, the plane position and the flatness and compactness of the ground should be checked in time to ensure the accuracy of the foundation construction.

Third, before laying the foundation concrete, it is necessary to carry out a concealed engineering inspection of the foundation pit. The contents of inspection mainly include: whether the base plane position and elevation meet the requirements of the code; Whether the soil quality of the base is in conformity with the code, and whether the bearing capacity meets the code requirements; Whether there is water, debris or loose soil in the basement, and whether it is clean and smooth.

Fourth, substrate processing is an important step. If the base is dry soil, it should be moistened. For excessively wet soil, a crushed stone layer should be tamped below the design elevation of the base. If the base surface is rock, it should be wetted first, then a layer of cement mortar is laid, and the foundation concrete construction is carried out before the mortar sets.

Finally, the foundation concrete placement is a key step in construction. Once the foundation excavation is in place, it should not be exposed for a long time, and the concrete foundation should be poured as soon as possible. During the pouring process, it is necessary to ensure that the position, stability and elevation of the foundation meet the design requirements. For example, the size of the column concrete foundation is usually 400mm400mm600mm, and the size of the inclined concrete foundation is 300mm300mm500mm.

Through the above steps, we can ensure the construction quality and use effect of the railway fence network, and provide a solid guarantee for the safe operation of the railway.
