After passivation treatment, the corrosion resistance of the workpiece will be significantly improved, and it has a good anti-rust effect. Second, stainless steel passivation process:

Degreasing: If you are sure that there is no oil on the surface of the workpiece, you can omit this step.

Flowing water rinse: clean the workpiece.

Activation treatment: The soaking time is 2-5 minutes, if you are sure that the surface of the workpiece is free of any rust, welding spots and other impurities (such as freshly polished workpiece), you can omit this step.

Flowing water rinse: clean the workpiece again.

Passivation treatment: This is a necessary process, soaking time is 30 minutes, the longer the time, the more complete the passivation film.

The workpiece should be cleaned before entering the stainless steel passivation solution, such as the workpiece has rust or wax before passivation must first rust or wax.
