Aluminized zinc steel plate

 The aluminized zinc steel plate substrate is composed of 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc and 1.5% silicon alloy coating, its anti-corrosion capacity is 4-6 times that of the galvanized steel plate under the same conditions, and it is an ideal material for roofing and external walls.

Aluminized zinc plate has been proved to have the following characteristics: extraordinary weather resistance and use for more than 20 years without maintenance. Recent tests of early products of this roofing/wall system show that the aluminum-plated zinc panels have survived decades of intense sun exposure, exposure, erosion by industrial excrement and temperature stress without requiring any maintenance.

With more than 500 million square meters of engineering examples around the world, the aluminum-plated zinc plate is gaining the favor of more architects and owners. Excellent erosion resistance and innovative design style are the reasons why this roof/wall system is widely used. The research shows that the current roofing system is expected to achieve a service life of more than 30 years or even longer in most cases, and does not require main maintenance.

1. The base material of color aluminum-plated zinc steel plate is light and high-strength steel.

2. After continuous hot dipping treatment, an aluminum-zinc alloy layer is formed on both sides of the steel plate. After 20 years of different environments and field tests, it has been confirmed that under the same environment, the aluminum-zinc steel plate is more than four times more durable than galvanized steel.

3. Apply a layer of chemical coating on the aluminum-zinc plated steel, and then apply a very corrosion-resistant epoxy resin primer on the chemical coating to increase the anti-corrosion function.

4. The surface layer is coated with a special reinforced chemical polyester with excellent weather resistance to ensure that the aluminized zinc steel plate can still maintain its original color and luster after many years of use, and the bottom is coated with a layer of light gray paint to make the steel plate more beautiful.
