3. Galvanized steel plate. This galvanized steel plate made by electroplating has excellent processing properties. But the coating is thin, corrosion resistance is not as good as hot galvanized sheet.
4. Single and double sided galvanized steel plate. Single-sided galvanized steel plate, that is, galvanized products only on one side. Compared with double-sided galvanized sheet, it has better conformity in welding, coating, rust prevention and processing. In order to overcome the shortcomings of not galvanized on one side, there is another kind of galvanized sheet, plated on the other side of a thin layer of zinc, that is, double-sided differential galvanized sheet.
5. Alloy and composite galvanized steel plate. It is an alloy of zinc and other metals such as aluminum, lead and zinc, or even a composite plated steel plate. This steel plate not only has excellent rust prevention function, but also has excellent coating function.
National standard hot dip galvanized steel sheet zinc layer thickness: according to GB510018-2002, hot dip galvanized steel sheet zinc layer is 180-220g/㎡, without thickness. Grade 1.0 galvanized amount of 220g/㎡. In particular, the products can be added to 275g/㎡, galvanized products are 20-25 years of service life.
